General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

GDPR applies in law from the 25th May 2018.

Newburgh Train Station Group only holds email addresses given to it by people in the area who want to be informed about campaign news, progress and meetings.

This is the only purpose the email addresses are used for and NTSG does not share or sell this information to anybody, organisation or business.

The information is held on a password protected computer with up to date software as protection from malware and viruses.

Any record of these email addresses written down on paper are held by two Data Protection Officers with other campaign documents.

If you receive an email from the campaign it is because you have given your email to NTSG because of your interest in the campaign.

You can ask to have your email address amended or deleted from the list at any time, just send the removal request to

To continue holding your email addresses we need positive consent from each person giving explicit, recorded consent for sending you campaign news, information and notices of meetings with minutes, with attachments when necessary in pdf form.

If you do not it will make it harder for the campaign to progress with an informed support base.
